Founded by Shri D.V. Bhaskar Rao in 1972 and incorporated in 1986, Rajyalakshmi Coated Wires has grown from 50 metric tons a month to a state-of-the-art facility running 1,000 metric tons of monthly capacity. Today led by his sons Srikumar and D.V. Ramachandra — three decades of expertise each, in production and commercial operations.

2mm to 30mm. Alloy, low-carbon, medium-carbon, aerospace.
Consistent supply at scale
1,000 MT capacity. 900 MT consistent output. 80–90% utilisation.
Environmental responsibility
Advanced ETP systems. Responsible, compliant manufacturing.
Spheroidising annealing
Grades 15B25, SCM 435, 9254, 52100 and more. Where chemical composition alone isn't enough, our annealing process delivers.

An experienced industrialist with over three decades of expertise in wire manufacturing. He played a key role in strengthening the company’s technical capabilities, driving quality excellence and advancing CHQ wire manufacturing.
Through his long-standing experience, He has helped build strong relationships with customers across the engineering and automotive supply chain. While continuously focusing on quality, reliability and technological improvement in manufacturing process.

With over three decades of experience in procurement, commercial operations and business management. He has been instrumental in establishing strong business relationships and enhancing operational efficiency.
He is expertise in supply chain management, customer dealings and commercial strategy. Also contributed significantly to the company’s sustained growth and market presence. He continues to play a vital role in strengthening the organization’s foundation and supporting its long-term vision.
